The attention of Ndi Nkerefi Unity Forum has been drawn to a video making round the social media of some youths whom claims to be Umuokpara youths in Ngbanaocha village in Ishienu Amofu Autonomous community Nkerefi endorsing the Executive chairman of Nkanu East Hon Sydney Okechukwu Edeh for another term in office as Nkanu East LGA chairman. We know this is the hand work of enemies of Ndi Nkerefi who are working tirelessly to distort the peace we are already enjoying. Nkerefi as a Town is made up of four Autonomous communities namely: Imeoha Nkerefi, Ohuani Amofu Nkerefi, Enuogu Nkerefi and Ishienu Amofu Nkerefi.  The so called umuokpara youth whom their president general *Mr Chukwu Michael Bishop* (AKA Ezedibie) has apologized to Ndi Nkerefi for the attitude of his subjects whom where acting under the influence of alcohol. For the past 24 years of Nkanu East politics, Ndi Nkerefi that is arguably the largest Town in Nkanu East LGA with two political wards has never produced a chairman not even a caretaker chairman till date,  what a marginalization. Hon Okey Mba 2003-2005. (Amagunze) 5. Hon Frank Anioma 2005-2007. (Amagunze) 6. Hon Ejike Ani 2007-2011. (Amaechi idodo/Oruku ward). 7. Hon Pastor Sam Iyiogwe  2012-2015. (Amankanu/Ubahu ward). 8. Hon Ikechukwu Ubagu 2015-2019. (Amagunze). 9. Hon Sydney Okechukwu Edeh December 2019 to 4th march 2020. (Ugbawka ward). 10. Hon Uchenna Abel Nwobodo 2020-2022. (Nara ward). 11. The leadership of Nkerefi Youth Ambassadors led by the National President *Pastor Chukwudi Onuchukwu* on the 22nd of October, 2023 visited the former Secretary to the government of Enugu state and the current Executive Chairman ENSUBEB *Dr. GOC AJAH mni* at his residence in Enugu.
